Flagship began with a love of gin and a tradition of bringing people together.

Founder and distiller Cameron Shaw spent ten years serving as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy. The name takes its inspiration from the gin pennant, a flag flown as an invitation to come aboard and share a drink. That sense of welcome is at the heart of Flagship.

Today, Cameron brings that spirit to our distillery in Kent Town, Adelaide. Our small-batch gins explore flavours including blood lime, roasted wattleseed and orange blossom honey, with each expression crafted for balance and a character of its own.

Our bar and distillery bring the making and the enjoyment together. A place to discover what’s in your glass, settle into good company and take your time over the next pour.
