Pennant Chocolate Martini

For chocolate lovers...

All you need is:

  • 200ml Pennant gin
  • 50g Dark chocolate (70 per cent cocoa solids)
  • 100ml Chocolate liqueur
  • Crushed Ice

 SERVES 4

In a bowl melt 50g of dark chocolate, then add Pennant Gin, gently whisking until smooth and combined. Then add chocolate liqueur, continuing to whisk until smooth.

Pour 100ml at a time into a cocktail shaker with crushed ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.

Yum.
