Gin Sour

Gin Sour

All you need is:

  • 60 ml Pennant Gin
  • 30ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Ice

 In a cocktail shaker dry shake the egg white on its own.

Add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and ice. Shake vigorously for a minute and then strain into glass.

Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitter and garnish with lemon peel or a slice of lime to finish. 🍸
